RETURNS

We take great care and pay attention to detail in the quality of our products and our policy is to ensure that all products supplied reach you in top condition.

As the majority of our designs are handmade, made to order, we are always happy to advise customers regarding style suitability, colour matching and measuring before placing an order.

If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange goods bought from us where possible, provided a return is requested within 14 days of receipt and items are returned to RosieB Millinery within 14 days and meet the requirements outlined below. 

Returns are accepted on ready to wear pieces. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products that are bespoke, made to order or customised. However, customer satisfaction is of extremely important and if you are not completely happy with your new design, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we shall attempt to resolve your concerns. We want you to be absolutely in LOVE with your new hat or headpiece!

To return or exchange your purchase please email rosie@rosieb.co.uk stating your request for a refund or an exchange, please provide all relevant details for the return, you will be notified how to proceed within 48 hours. You must send this email within 7 days of receiving your product.

All returns must be in an unworn, unmarked, as new condition. 

The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all care taken to protect the hat box and the item for its return journey. We are entitled to make a deduction from the refund for any diminution in value of the returned goods caused by handling the item beyond what’s necessary to be sure they are what you ordered.

A refund including any standard delivery costs will be issued back through Paypal within 7 days of receipt of the return once the return has been inspected to ensure all criteria are met. 

Refunds are exclusive of any taxes or import duties incurred.   

You will be responsible for the cost of returning items; we recommend that you ensure the parcel against loss or damage.

If you wish to report a faulty item, please contact us. Please ensure you keep all packaging to process your claim. It is also important that when you sign for your item that you ask the postal worker to mark the item as received damaged.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

EXCEPTIONS

Item's which have been worn, marked or damaged.

Made to measure items.

Items which have been made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Items in the sale. However, if the sale item is damaged, then you are able to get your full refund or an exchange.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the EU have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of certain goods with RosieB Millinery at any time within the seven working days of the day after the day on which the customer receives the goods, referred to as the cooling off period. To cancel your contract within the cooling off period please notify us in writing by emailing rosie@rosieb.co.uk Please package the relevant goods securely and send them to us. All returns must be in an unworn, as new condition. 

If we receive notice of your cancellation of this order within the seven-day cooling off period, we will refund the purchase price for that item together with any relevant standard postage charge.

PLEASE NOTE Made to order, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from this cancellation right.

Please note that this is not a full statement of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Colours may vary due to screen resolution or suppliers fabric batches. This is not classed as faulty or a defect, swatches may be requested.

We only accept PayPal payments, please note if paying by PayPal, we will always use your PayPal address as your postal address.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies and terms and conditions at any time.  We may make alterations to the price, content, or nature of our site without notice. 

Use of this site excludes downloading or modifications of any aspect of it. You may not reproduce, duplicate any material within this site, without express written consent from RosieB Millinery.  

All images and communicated feedback regarding purchased goods may be used at the discretion of RosieB Millinery across all marketing or selling venues.

Any content not owned by RosieB Millinery that appears on this site are the property of their credited owners, who may or may not be affiliated with RosieB Millinery.
